Congratulations go to Pete Argent, Ken Sanders and
Matt Hine, on winning the John Raggett trophy 2024.
On an overcast Saturday, we saw nearly 20
members participate in the ‘Opening of the Green’.
A well contested competition, in challenging conditions, welcomed in the new season. Thanks go to the green keeping team, who produced an amazing playing surface for this time of year. Hopefully, this is a great introduction to what turns out to be a successful year for the club.
Reminder:
First friendly of the season this Sunday, 28th April 2024. We are away to Witham (Collingwood). Meet 1:30 for a 2:00 start. Availability list on noticeboard.

We will be having a roll up on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th April, 2024 - 6:00 onwards. Also, next Tuesday 30th April and Wednesday 1st May 2024 - 6:00 onwards.
Club competition entry forms are now available
Our Club is a very friendly place to bowl, with a beautiful green and members always ready to help with any questions you may have. If you have never bowled before, our lovely members will have you on the green in no time. For experienced bowlers, our friendly matches are a great way to meet some amazing people and why not enter some of our club competitions? We also have a great range of social events throughout the year if you just want to be a Social Member. Please just enjoy our club and facilities.
